This program is designed to equip registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) working in Georgia’s nursing centers with leadership knowledge, skills, and systems thinking. It focuses on the unique demands of nursing center leadership: quality & safety, regulatory compliance, staffing & retention, communication, resident-centered care, and overall best practices.
